To manage the day to day activities and tasks for client programmes and projects as directed by the Account Manager and Account Director. Working with internal ICLP departments and external suppliers where relevant to provide key ongoing programme deliverables as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operations responsibilities
- Anchor role to account management team
- Maintenance of client project files
- Working with Account Director and Account Manager producing the project
- Liaising with client to obtain images and copy, and internal to produce design, artwork and email templates
- Management of email despatch
- Leasing with 3rd party suppliers as required
- Back-up production and distribution of status, contact and other reports
- Chasing clients/suppliers on outstanding issues
- Provide admin support to the entire team
- Chasing client and suppliers on outstanding issues
- Working with other internal departments to ensure delivery of project to agree timelines and budget

- Delivery of project against pre-set objectives and metrics from proposal or SLA
- Client satisfaction via client feedback and questionnaire
- Feedback via relevant agency staff
- Monitor Aged Debtors Report for client overdue invoices
