For example, as a Systems or Software Engineer, you'll develop solutions and deliver cutting-edge technology to our customers. Or, as an Analyst Programmer you'll develop innovative systems that ensure internal departments function efficiently and to their best ability. Network support engineers are also internal-facing, but focus on analysing faults and troubleshooting problems as they arise. However, these are just a few of the opportunities we have.

Training and Development
While many graduate employers claim to offer 'fantastic training and progression opportunities', we actually follow through on our promises. After an initial induction and training programme, you'll receive ongoing support from specialists within the team who will help you through any teething problems. We also offer an excellent range of training courses that cover technical skills, professional development and more general topics, such as presentation or negotiation skills and time management.

What are we looking for?
We look for a minimum of 260 UCAS points, and be on track for a 2:1 or higher, but we're looking for much more than just a strong academic record, and whilst you don't necessarily need to be studying for an IT specific degree, you must be able to prove that you have a passion for IT. Attributes such as excellent problem-solving skills, a strong commercial focus, energy, enthusiasm and determination will be integral to your success, and ensure you make a positive impact from day one.

We offer £15,000 pro rata for an 11 month contract and £500 towards relocation. Upon successful completion of your contract you'll get a £750 bonus, and the possibility to apply for our Graduate scheme and receive sponsorship throughout your final year at University.
