How to apply
The first stage of the process is to complete our online application form.

If your application is successful, the first stage of our assessment is a telephone interview. The second stage of assessment is a selection day during which you will take part in a case study, a group exercise and an interview. This will be held at Walton-on-Thames, Surrey.

These are also the first two stages of the process for a place on the Unilever Graduate Leadership Programme. Therefore, subject to a successful appraisal, you will be fast-tracked to a place on a final selection board.
