Our Industrial Trainee Scheme offers you the opportunity to do something really challenging and career enhancing for your year-out. You'll gain valuable work experience, developing your commercial and technical skills in one of the fastest paced corporate environments in the world.

What do we look for?
You must be looking to take a year out as part of your degree and be on target for a 1st or a 2:1 honours degree. We welcome international students who have a valid student visa to cover the placement period.
The people who are most successful at IBM share a distinct set of characteristics. We've defined these the IBM Foundational Competencies and include teamwork, adaptability, drive to achieve, creative problem solving and first class communication skills. If you'd like to work with us, this is the best place to begin: by identifying how you've already used these skills and the examples you'll use to demonstrate them, in an interview or at assessment centre.
What do we offer?
Along with 25 days holiday, we offer a salary of £15,000 plus a sign on bonus and first class training and development.
