Industrial Placement Programme
Salary: £18,000 p.a. plus £3,400 London allowance, and 22 days' holiday.

Our Industrial Placement has been running successfully for 10 years now, and it will give you a fantastic insight into us as an organisation. The programme is taken in your penultimate year in university, and it doesn't matter what you're studying - sound judgement, drive, and the ability to deliver and to inspire others are the things that we're looking for from you.

The Programme starts and ends in June. It will provide you with unparalleled professional development, the opportunity to make invaluable contacts, and a hands-on insight into a complex, blue chip financial institution.

Internship Programme
Salary: £18,000 p.a. pro rata.

Some people also value the opportunity to spend a shorter period within our business, and that's why we offer a 10-week practically based programme for penultimate year university students during the summer months. It may be brief, but it will offer you a thorough insight into the heart of our business, and into the kind of skills that would impress any employer.
