Customer Supply ATS Co-ordinators

The logistics teams at Cobalt Park have a strong track record of results delivery, team development and process improvement. To meet continually growing demand an opportunity exists to strengthen our team in the form of a number of 12 month Internship.

Customer Supply Co-ordinator

The Customer Supply Coordinator (CSC) provides a key interface between the Company and our External Customers, being a member of a multi-skilled team responsible for resolving issues relating to order receipt through to delivery for both Customers and the Commercial team.

- Responsible for all aspects of a customer account from initial contact through to delivery
- Building excellent collaborative relationships with customers
- Lead Customer Supply Chain improvement projects
- Liaising effectively with contacts across the total supply chain

Available To Ship Coordinator

The Available to Ship Co-ordinators (ATS) are the central link between the CSC's and other internal customers for managing product availability.
They effectively manage the phase in/phase outs of new initiative launches, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal residuals.
They are responsible for ongoing management of remnant products reducing inventory held in Distribution Centre's minimising the costs associated with holding/disposing of stock.

Qualifications

We are looking for

All candidates, ideally studying at graduate level, must have strong numerical, analytical and IT skills with a view to looking strategically at the logistics function shaping the role to meet the company's ever changing needs. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential along with the ability to work with diverse groups across the whole supply chain.
