As part of your role as a Telemarketing Consultant on our Placement scheme you will have the opportunity to:-

• Work with some of the world's most successful IT companies and engage with IT Directors, Finance Directors and CEOs, gaining invaluable experience and insight into the business world.
• The opportunity to apply and participate in our Future Stars Leadership programme which provides modular training designed to develop leadership skills.
• Gain an understanding of client businesses including structure, marketing strategy and projects
• Take part in in-depth training workshops and products briefings
• Develop into more senior positions in the company
• Gain practical I.T and office communication skills in a friendly team-based environment
• Develop interpersonal and communication skills along with like-minded graduates and business professionals
• Take part in quantum tm's business initiatives, including the Social committee - organising and coordinating regular and large scale fundraising events.

Requirements

• Excellent written and oral communication skills (English essential) with strong telephone presence
• Confident and able to communicate assertively and intelligently
• Resilient, dynamic, hands-on, self motivated
• Good organisation skills with a flexible and positive work ethic
• Good IT skills and general knowledge and a desire to develop existing skills
• Current undergraduate (preferably within a business or marketing related discipline)
• Must be willing to reside within 30 minutes commute of Reading
• Commit to a 40-52 week contract available to undergraduate students ONLY
