The aim of our summer internship programme is to provide you with a unique insight into the variety of opportunities within RBS as well as experience our culture and our people. Throughout the ten-week programme, you will receive relevant technical training and be expected to attend numerous networking events with current graduates, senior managers and the graduate team.

To ensure you know how well you’re doing, we’ll give you ongoing feedback on your performance throughout your time at RBS. If you are successful during your ten weeks with us and we think you could be part of our future, we’ll offer you a place on the 2013 Graduate Analyst Programme.

Alternatively, if you’re a first year student looking for an introduction to financial services, our Easter Insight programme will offer you an opportunity to experience our business first hand. Our one-week ‘taster’ programme is a chance for students to build their knowledge of what we can offer and gain vital work experience. You don’t need any prior knowledge of the finance industry; in fact, we encourage students from all academic backgrounds to apply.
