We recruit graduates into a variety of IT disciplines. With our first-class support and advice, you'll build knowledge in business operations and processes while building your IT skills through project work or delivering support services.Whatever role you play, you need to be able to absorb information, analyse problems, make objective decisions and come up with ideas of your own. And with sensitivity and excellent influencing skills, you'll be capable of working as part of a successful team.

There are three ways to get a job with Shell. It's up to you to decide which one works best for you. And you'll be asked to select your preferred route during the application process.

Gourami Business Challenge is a six-day challenge for final year students, where you'll work as part of a team to develop a business plan for Shell in the fictional country of Gourami.

Alternatively, we run an Assessment Day where we'll explore your capacity to analyse critical issues, deal with change and identify and influence key stakeholders.

You can also experience Shell through a paid student internship, which can last anything from eight weeks up to a year, and gives you first-hand experience working with a global company.
